How to Install  9W t8 led tube ? 
1. Remove the ballast and starter of flourescent lamp, then instal the T8 LED tube light into T8 holder
2. Remover the starter of flourescent lamp, then instal the T8 LED tube light into T8 holder.
   Tips: It is better to remove both starter and ballast in order to save the energy
