MGASP/C3 with flame treatment, UV curing and control systems to optimize productivity
 as well as quality, and which is the single new design for the big diameter container 
printing in the world now.
 

A photoelectric sensor reduces the container wastage duo to abrasion during the
 transfer by controlling the conveyor belt feeder.

The flame treatment system is adjustable to suit the container specific designs to 
optimize the treatment quality.

Each time a container has not been detected by the presence sensor,the squeegee
will not do its cycle until the next container has been detected so the screen does not 
get clogged up during the empty cycles.
　Special container transfer system and fixture designs for round container,which can be 
overprinted very good accuracy because of the preregistration systems in each printing 
systems,if some structures were changed can be adopted to print the square containers,
 which can be overprinted very good accuracy also

The printing speed will be 40pcs per minute because the mechanical transfer and 
PLC controlling systems were adopted

The UV curing system is designed with three UV power levels to optimize the different 
printed UV ink in different color's curing requirement.

The machine is designed to accommodate most of the big container designs for 
cosmetics, edible and industrial oils and so on industries with plastic, glass, ceramic 
and metal raw materials.
