Steel Plate Coil Slitting Machine Production Line

This Steel Plate Coil Slitting Line is used for slitting different kinds of metal plates into strips in required width. It can cut the volumed metal material into the needed strips then roll them up again.

Main Equipments:

1) Starting Segment
This is a starting segment in a slitting production line, to feed the materials into the line.

2) Clamping and Sending Segment
This is the clamping segment to hold the materials into the machine line. It can be protect the goods feed into the next segment.

3) Flank Guiding Segment
This is the Flank Guider for the Slitting Line. It is the Guider to lead the goods into the machine

4) Double Blade Exchange Segment

This is the entrance Abruption Segment in the Slitting Line. It can adjust the goods and guide them into the cutting segment.

6) End Rolling Segment
This is the Ending Segment of the Slitting Line. It can distribute the finished products into the right position.
