OVERVIEW

 

This became popular in the early 1960s, when a guide-rail system was developed to lift the submersible pump out of the pump station for repair, and ended the dirty and sometimes dangerous task of sendingpeople into the sewage or wet pit. Growth of the submersible pump for sewage pumping since has been dramatic, as an increasing number of specifies  and developers learned of their advantages.
Vertical type sewage pumps have also been used for many years. They   have the motor above the floor so work on the motor can be done without  entering the sewage pit.

 

 

 

2. Applications

 

 

The letter \"V\" which substitutes for the letters \"WQ\" indicates the distinct design of the filter and the broadness of the high efficient area. It can work safely and efficiently at high flux with the feature of complete heads. The design is designed to a wide tunnel which helps to convey the long fiber liquid or the solid whose diameter is about 15mm. The selection of bottom suction structure, stainless steel and special cast iron made the pump have the capabilities of complete drain and high resistance of abrasion and corrosion. The float switch can automatically control on and off with the change of the liquor level. The protector in the motor can automatically cut off the power when it overheated or overcorrected thus guarantee the security and reliability of pump\'s run even in the atrocious environment.

3.Product introduction

 

We offer V750F Series Submersible Sewage Water Pump. It consists of three components, water pump, sealing and electrical motor. The motor is mounted on top of pump and divided into single phase and three-phase asynchronized types. Double-face mechanic sealing is mounted between pump and motor. O shaped oil-proof rubber sealing ring is used at each stationary port as static sealing. This series features :the mechanic seals for the key parts are made of hardened alloy and excellent silico carbide and characterized by good anti-corrosion, anti-leadage and highly durable performances etc.

5.Pumps Installation

 

“V”series submersible sewage pump is mainly comprised of three parts: pump, mechanical seals and motor. Pump is at the lower part of sewage pump, and the structure is impeller and shell. Motor located at the upper part of the motor pump, which is the single phase or three-phase electric motor. Mechanical seals are between pump and motor and it is a kind of double end mechanical seals,"o"rings are applied in all static joints of the submersible pump.
