PG Double roller crusher is mainly used to crush material which is below the medium hardness, such as clinker mineral, coke, slag, shale, limestone and so on. It is the most suitable for small and medium non-metal mines and chemical industries to undergo secondary and fine crushing. Working Principle:

1. 2PG double roller crusher is composed of a fixed extruded roller and a movable one, which rotate opposite and synchronous.
2. The material get into the crusher from the above of two rollers and are took into by extruded rollers. The desired products are discharged by 50-200MPa effect.
3. The force to material increases gradually when the material are bit by rollers. The max pressure can be 200Mpa.The discharged material, in addition to containing a certain proportion powder, and rest material interior have the large amount of crack, which save the grinding energy in the next crushing process.
