Main Property:
1. Micropore options can detect pore data of minimum 0.35nm and provide a variety of comprehensive analysis report.
2. Option can provide the low pressure and resolution for pressure measurement which are needed to detect low specific surface area.
3. Corrosion resistance system and adsorption option for water vapor can be chosen.
4. With the aid of gas adsorption principle (typical for nitrogen), isothermal adsorption and desorption analysis can be done to determine the specific surface area, volume and area for micropore and mesopore, and the volume of total pore volume.
5. The instrument is equipped with keep device for liquid nitrogen level – liquid nitrogen isothermal clamp, to ensure the constant temperature below the clamp in the whole analysis process.
6. The instrument is equipped with two sets of vacuum system, which means the degassing system and analysis system are independent from each other, each having a set of independent two-stage mechanical pump ( the vacuum system of high degree equipped with turbo-molecule pump, improving the test efficiency, achieving the analysis and degassing at the same time truly and avoiding the pollution problems brought by a set of vacuum system.
7. Equipped with the Dewar of large capacity of 3 liters, combining with the patent of isothermal clamp of liquid nitrogen, this instrument ensures no intervention operation for at least 72 hours and maximum no upper limit of the continuous analysis.
8. The instrument is equipped with six inlets for physical adsorption so as not to change gas circuit when analyzing different gas. In addition, it is also with free space air inlet, backfill gas inlet and water vapor inlet.
9. The software of the instrument contains all the current data processing method:
①Specific surface area of single-point and multi-point, Langmuir specific surface area
② Isotherm analysis from Temkin and Freundlich
③The pore volume, pore area and aperture distribution of mesopore and macropore in the BJH which is calculated by a variety of thickness layer formula
④ Pore volume and the total pore volume within the user specified aperture range
⑤Micropore aperture distribution by MP method and the total pore volume for micropore from t-plots and αs-plots
⑥H-K method includes Cheng & Yang correction and Saito & Foley correction.
⑦DFT density function theory includes NLDFT and so on.
10. The instrument is equipped with advanced seal check valve for sample tube, avoiding the secondary pollution in the transfer process for sample tube from degassing station to analysis station.
11. The real automatic instrument without any manual button on panel and all the operating procedures are controlled by computer.
12. The instrument can also do the upgrade for chemisorption, water vapor adsorption and corrosion resistance system (for unsaturated hydrocarbon).
