1. Fully automatic fixed bed micro reverse evaluation device can support 1 to 6 roads of gas injection and 1 to 3 roads of liquid sample injection. Air way switches for instrument all control with high pressure pneumatic needle valve and can realize automation for the whole system.
2. Three steps stainless steel tube furnace, intermediate thermostatic period of 160mm, preheating section in both ends 80mm, inner diameter of hearth 60mm, with direct 40mm steps, is convenient to install fixed reactor. The furnace is in two halves, can be open for heat dissipation and the furnace is vertically installed.
3. The furnace can support as many as 50 sections of temperature programming control, with control precision 0.2%FS, can be connected to computer and also for manual setting.

Stainless steel pressure-resistant reactor, length 550mm, outer diameter 40mm, inner diameter 24mm, wall thickness 3mm, pressure-resistance 3MPa, tolerance to temperature 650℃, material 304 stainless steel. Both ends of the reactor use right hand thread, left hand thread and copper gaskets to seal, convenient to discount and clean reactor. Both of the two ends of reactor can be connected to two roads of φ3 stainless steel pipe or thermocouple. There is support frame inside reactor, convenient to fix the sample in the middle of reactor. The thermocouple can be directly inserted into reactor, direct contacting with sample surface, more accurate to measure temperature. It is finally determined by the size of reaction tube, wall thickness with more pressure-resistance and space velocity ratio. According to different pressure-resistance, flange sealing and cone sealing may be chosen.

5. Gel controller uses tap water circulation cooling and condensing method, tap water cavity closed, and can directly connected with tap water pipe, automatically fill the cavity full. There is a small cavity, a steam inlet, a gas export and a condensate export in condenser. The condensate export is connected with valve and the condensate will release after some time.
6. Gas mass flow controller (MFC) controls the flow of gas path, and can set MFC coefficient, pressure-resistance for MFC 3-20MPa. Default measurement range is 0-1000mL/min and can be changed. The gas path is from 1 to 6.
7. Liquid metering pump adopts imported pump core, pressure-resistance for MFC 42MPa, measurement range 0.01-5mL/min. The liquid is from 1 to 2 paths.
8. Gas vaporizer uses spiral pipe form, pipeline heating and insulation, thus the liquid vaporizes and straightly into the reactor.
9. Gas mixer uses compact thread mode and can support multiple gas mixing evenly.
10. The gas stabilizes pressure after through foot valve, output pressure can be stable at the highest 20MPa and support axial instrument display.
11. Gas sampling is equipped with a pressure reducing valve, and the pressure can be reduced. Outlet pressure is from 0.05MPa to 0.5MPa, convenient to collect GC for analysis.
12. The apparatus adopts frame type layout settings, aluminum frame, wire cutting for processing of various kinds of holes in the panel, and high temperature furnace, reactor, condenser and liquid metering pump are all convenient to install and place. The aluminum frame makes it easy to do fine adjustment and change for instrument, at the same time guarantees the fastness.
13. The design blows bypass and large flow can be used to blow the whole reaction bed.
