Endless cold rolled screw flight overcomes the shortcoming of poor precision, difficult forming, low using rate of materials and low working efficiency which are inherent in the traditional manufacturing method of flight brought by single blade cutting, drawing and welding. After the cold rolled, the surface becomes smooth, the precision is high, whole rigidity is good and the surface harness is also improved. The length of the flight can be made according to the customers' demand, which is quite convenient for the subsequent handling of the screw conveyor manufacturing.
