Main Configuration:

1. Diesel Engine: Cummins 559Kw/1800 r /min, total 2pcs; 132kw/2200rpm total 1 PC.

2. Hydraulic Pump: Closed variable piston pump with output 250ml, Sauer-Danfoss 90 series, 4 pcs; load sensitive piston pump, Sauer-Danfoss 45 series, 2 pcs, and 1 PC of Rexroth-type three throw plunger pump

3. Main motor: 4 sets motors with output 4008ml, outsourcing from Poclain for push-pull,8 sets motors with output 6011ml for rotating;

4. Hydraulic valves: 2 sets load sensitive multi-way valves for clamp made by Sauer(Am.), Wash valve made by SAM(Italy).

5. Reducer: KPM(Germany) reducers total 8pcs for push-pull;

6. Transfer case: 2 sets transfer cases with power 700Kw, outsourcing from Germany;

7. Hydraulic pipe: made by EATON(Am.);

8. Wire hose: high pressure wire hose outsourcing from Italy;

9. Gear and rack: wear-proof and impact-proof alloy steel gear and rack,;

10. Joint: quick-connect joint outsourcing from Italy, total 21sets;

11. Crane: one 8t crane.

I. Principal Working Mode

1. Power center: Power station is tracked walking type, 2 diesel engines made by Chongqing Cummins, 559kw/rpm, running jointly or alone as the work requires. By running jointly, you can achieve the max. torque, max. rotate speed, max. push-pull force and speed. Rotate speed and push-pull speed can be easily adjusted by changing the output of oil pump or motor. The working pressure and output should be in inverse proportion. Running under max. pressure and max. output at a same time should be strictly avoided.
If running alone, you can change the torque and rotate speed by turning the output of oil pump or motor. The rotate is kept unchanged and the torque is lowering while reducing the motor output; 

2. The rig is walked by caterpillar, the chasis is knocked down. The diesel engine is one set Dongfeng cummins 132KW/2200rmp, engine and caterpillar make rig chasis, the crane can be installed on the chasis. When it is loading, open the landing leg to support the rig,take the carterpillar apart, make the transporter back to the bottom side of the boom, retract the landing legs. When reach the job location, if the condition allows, the transporter can dive the rig directly to the point of ground entry. Use the power source of rig chasis to support the the landing legs, drive the transporter away, adjust entry angle of girder, fix the rig; If the condition doesn't allow, transporter can't enter the point, disboard the rig at suitable place, install the rig carterpillar chasis, when the rig reaches the ground entry point, take the rig carterpillar chasis apart, adjust the entry angle of the girder, fix the rig. After the rig is fixed in both cases, the crane can be installed on the rig chasis, thus the rig chasis can be a movable carterpillar crane. This design is international initiative, we already report application for patent.         

3. About push pull, it uses 4 sets low-speed big-torque motors to drive reducer, gear and rack transmission structure makes push-pull force equal. Spindle floats are designed for the convenience of shackle of drilling rod to eliminate alternating stress and avoid leakage of mud;

4. Wire-control directing, control seat is behind the power head, large space and easy operating;

5. Four points clamping device as the domestic initiative has been applied for a patent. The front and rear clamp can be separated. Clamp is floating in whole course.

6. Spindle rotation and push-pull of power head use closed loop, thus oil temperature as well as wear and tear can effectively be reduced. Other supporting organizations adopt open loop driven by high-pressure gear pump;

7. The rotation and push-pull speed of power head are full-scale linear stepless speed regulation. Working pressure can be controlled remotely within the set range. One can adjust torque and push-pull force at any time in operating room;

8. Equipped with mud pressure relief device. Mud pressure is shown on pressure sensors which are safe and reliable;

9. Hydraulic oil heating and cooling systems and set separately.

10. Independent control room has multiple seats, spacious and comfortable with broad vision, equipped with heating and cooling air conditioner.

11. Anti-slip walkways and fence are installed on one side and the end;

12. Control system uses the special earthquake-resistant PLC for construction machinery, operating conditions of diesel engine, pressure of hydraulic system, the speed of power head is displayed digitally;

13. Equipped with central drill pipe bracket to control speed; the height of die-pin can be adjusted separately.
