Neisseria gonorrhoeae is a species of Gram negative bacteria responsible for the
sexually transmitted disease. The Rapid Neisseria Gonorrhea Test is a rapid direct
binding test for the visual detection of gonorrhea antigen, in the secretory specimen and
urine from urogenital system, as an aid in the diagnosis of gonococcus infection.
It is based on the principle of double sandwich immunoassay for detection of gonorrhea
antigen in the secretory specimen or urine.

[Test Procedure]
|
|
1.Remove the test strip from the foil pouch and lay it flat on a clean, dry and non-absorbent surface.
|
|
2.Dip the strip with arrow pointing down into the urine for 5 seconds. Do not immerse the test strip beyond the “Mark Line”.
|
|
3.Take the test strip out and lay it on a non-absorbent flat surface. Read results within 30 minutes. Do not attempt to interpret test results after 30 minutes.
