Equipped Devices: Cradle with conveyor belt The great peculiarity of FOXSEW cradle system consists in the roll being supported by one wide piece of conveyor belt only, rather than many parallel narrow belts. This allows better quality result also with very light fabrics and even in case of irregular side edges.

Equipped with Robotic Technology

Robotic technology: fitted as standard PLC (Mitsubishi), which allows making adjustment of many characters. Avoid the little flexibility it has machines which work with ready made electronic charts and the impossibility to replace in local places.

Touch screen

Touch screen: allows adjusting the programming to your concrete production. The screen is placed in a very comfortable place where you can see all instructions while the spreading process. With single hand, you can give all instructions to the machine, having the other hand free for checking fabric.

Machine drives by encoder: With under table chain allows programming any length of the marker and reaching perfect ends, as well as spread in any place on the table.

Cutting Device

Adjustable in speed according to the material we have to work with.

Fitted with IFS (Impact free system) low acceleration on the cut beginning, and faster acceleration, avoid the wrinkles while cutting process.
