Flame Cutter

Cutting machine operation mode: full automatic, half automatic, manual operation

 

(1) Full automatic operation

The cutter automatically cutting as per different cutting process according to the required
 sizing signal.

 

(2) Half automatic operation

Worker visually check the required cutting length is entered, press "clamp" button, then the 
cutter will start cutting as per required cutting process.

 

(3) Manual operation

Worker will press different function button manually to process different action, such as
 "clamp", "cutting car travelling", "cutting car stop", the manual operation is more suitable 
for commissioning and maintenance.

 

(4) Manual intervene operation

Manual intervene operation is available whenever under full automatic or half automatic 
operation mode, which will withdraw the cutting gun in case of accidents due to high speed
 cutting.
