UCM can provide metal seated ball valve which conforms to ANSI B16.104 Class VI.

With all characteristics of general trunnion mounted ball valve, metal seat can easily meet requirements of API607.

Ball and seat hardened by plating or overlay with anti-friction & anti-corrosion alloy, available for powder service, same with floating type metal seated ball valve.

If fluid with characteristics of easy crystallization, easy obstruction and high viscosity, powder metal seated shall be chosen (uni-direction flow)

Downstream seat structure decreases the possibility of fluid obstruction in cavity.

Spring is protected by upstream structure, which guarantees ball valve's sealing in high and low pressure, this structure is especially important to easy crystallization fluid.
