Ampoule/Antibiotic Bottle Filling-Sealing-Stopper Adding Machine (Akgfs8)
This Ampoule Filling Machine is a dual-purpose machine recently developed by our factory in accordance with world tide and domestic situation. The machine can be used for you ampoules of 1ml, 2ml, 5ml, 10ml and 20ml, and can fill nitrogen and seal 8 ampoules simultaneously, and it can be used for antibiotic bottles of 2ml, 5ml, 7ml, 10ml and 15nl, and can fill nitrogen and continuously add stopper(full stopper adding, semi stopper adding) for 8 antibiotic bottles simultaneously. Air purifying device of many forms can be equipped on top of the machine according to the customer's requirements.
This machine can be solely used, and can be used together with ultrasonic wave cleaning machine, sterilizing tunnel drying machine and cap rolling machine as well. It has merits of high production rate, high filling precision, high qualified rate for sealing, high stopper adding rate, stable and reliable running, low noise, easy and fast replacing of standard parts, and no need to adjust repeatedly, it is simplified and humanized.
