Corona-resistant polyimide film specifications
As a kind of corona-resistant polyimide film, corona-resistant polyimide film has a good electrical performance, high heat resistance, chemical resistance and other performance characteristics .Besides its corona-resistant properties and good thermal conductivity properties makes its heat resistance rank in C-level grade. It is applicable to the sintering of the wire after package.

The length of each volume is 500-1000M, in each batch of orders, the joints of a single products should be not more than 25% of the total volume. The joints of a single volume should be more than 3, the length should be longer than 300M, the number of joints in single volume is not more than 3, the shortest length is more than 300M.
FCR-type spliced with FCRF type by heat.

Label affixed to every single piece of volume: batch number, specifications, NW; every single volume labels; specifications.
The box should be marked clearly and tight.
The format of the box is determined by the purchase confirmation.

1. test 1CE62068-1-2-3/GB/T135141-1992 plastic film according to electrical experimental methods.
2. film packaging: Thin film should be packaged by plastic film, the outer packaged with shockproof foam mattress and placed overhead in the box so that the film are fully protected from damage in normal conditions of transport, a piece of paper affixed to the end of each volume to mark.
3. no dust inside the box.
4. thin films should be stored in a dry and clean indoors, to be left to support in the box, can not be erected, should not be near the fire source, heating or direct sunlight.
5. products should avoid damp and mechanical damage in storage and during transport.
6. storage period is two years from the store, expired products should be inspected, if pass, it can still be qualified to use.
