PBO Roller, withstanding up to 600C (1112F), is commonly used for the Initial Table and the forepart of Run-out Table of the aluminium extrusion handling system.

Automatic puller speeds up the conveying of profiles and their temperatures are still too high, thus the forpart of run-out table needs PBO Roller as well. The high density PBO layer enables the roller to work continuously at temperatures of 550C (1022F), and at the same time to withstand the abrasion from different shapes of the profile.
