Electrical Signal Butterfly Valve

Signal butterfly valve used in petroleum, chemical, food, pharmaceutical, paper making, water and electricity, the ships, the water supply and drainage, smelting, energy, etc on the pipeline system. Available used in a variety of corrosive, non corrosive gas, liquid, and solid powder semiliquid pipeline and vessel as regulation and throttling equipment.

2. The working principle of signal butterfly valve

① Signal butterfly valve by the worm gear and worm gear drive shaft and butterfly plate rotating realize alignment and control flow.

②.Rotary worm gear and worm drive gear hand wheel, make butterfly plate to achieve the purpose of opening and closing and control flow, the handwheel clockwise for valve closed.

③. Worm gear and worm drive device installed in the micro switch have two kinds of forms:

a.       In the gear box have two micro switch open and close. Respectively in the valve fully open and closing action, on control room “valve open” “valve close” light source, make accurate display valve switch state.

b.      In the gear box with micro switch (butterfly plate seated position 0 degrees) when the butterfly plate by 0～40 degrees position micro switch branch, the output signal of the valve closed, when in 40～90 degrees position other pair normally closed can output the valve open signal.
