1) Perforation treatment: Perforation is a kind of processing technology for tin ceiling tile. perforated ceiling forms beautiful patterns according to the arrangement of perforated holes with powerful acoustical and isolating effect. 2) Square ceiling
With adopting one time molding technology, and high-grade aluminum 3003H24 and 3003H26 the thickness 0.3 mm -1.0 mm, and processed by special surface chrome and colored by spraying powder and coating to meet the requirements of all kinds of indoor decoration effect.
The perforated ceiling tile was equipped with special clipper built suspended assistant carrier, and integral special suspending parts with main carrier, which is easy to assemble. The assistant carrier is molded by 0.5 mm galvanization steel strip through rolling and pressing, has the characteristics of high intension, big tension and rust resistance. The suspending parts are the special connecting parts to link main carrier and assistant carrier, punched and pressed by several procedures, which made the installation more simple, convenient and quick.
