Operating principle of sand washer:
Having been slowed up by the decelerator, the impeller rotates slowly with the motor. The sand and stone fed into the feeding tank flow into the launder, then roll together with the impeller and grind with each other to get rid of the dust and powder. At the same time, water is being added and the strong water flow washes impurities and light particles in the lauder away. After this process, the clean sand and stone are lift up by blades of the impeller. When it goes up slowly, the water begins to drop through the mesh and falls back to the washing launder. On one hand, water is removed from the sand and stone. On the other hand, the water can be fully used. Finally, the washed sand and stone fall to the discharge chute from the rotary impeller.
