Equipped a guide shaft with corresponding size, the machine can repair the valve seats ring with diameter 20-90mm and working conical angle 30°, 45°, or 60°, the air-floating worktable clamp the workpiece and freely move.
The high precision universal boring bar is attached to ball joint which enables it to be used with inclinations in any direction.
Movement is transmitted by a motor which operate with constant torque. These combined movements enable the tool to control the real axis of the valve guide and enable the boring is carried out with absolute precision.
