Application:
This drier is applicable for the mixture, granulation and drying of powder materials. It is widely used in the field of pharmaceutical, foodstuff, chemical, light industries, etc. and is one of the granulating drier adopted extensively in the world at present.
Principle:
1. When heat the water, it is automatic constant temperature control. The biochemical products and mineral raw materials can be dried. The temperature of operation can be adjusted from 20~90℃.
2. The heat efficiency is high. It will more than 2 times with normal oven.
3. The heat is indirect. So the raw material cannot be polluted. It is in conformity with the requirement of GMP. It is easy for cleaning & maintenance.
Feature:
1. Because of powder granulation, the fluidity is improved and the dust is reduced.
2. Because of powder granulation, The dissolution property is improved.
3. The mixing, granulation and drying can be completed in one step inside the machine.
4. The operation of equipment is safety because the anti static filtering cloth is adapted.
5. The operating personnel cannot be hurt if explosion take place because there is releasing hole.
6. There is no dead corner, Therefore the loading and unloading are quick and light and clean, it can meet the requirements of GMP.
