Features of Automatic Flow Wrapping Machine:
• one axis servo moto controller, Stepless variable speed, the length of bag can be set and cut at any time without adjusting trail operation, saving time and films.
• Human-machine operation , create the operation parameter quick and easily.
• Box motion sealing jaws that travel with the film to extend sealing time and provides reliable hermetic sealing cam driven sealing jaws allow the machine running high speed.
• Self alarm display the malfunction.
• High sensitivity optical electric color mark tracking ,digital input cut position which makes the sealing and cutting more accurate.
• Mark Reset button makes the mark registration setting easy while the film is changed.
• Temperature of sealer controlled by the separated PID intelligently and constantly, various packing materials is available.
• Stopping the latitudinal sealing cutter in the selected position, no sticking to the knife and no waste packing film.
• Stopping the longitudinal sealing disc in the status of “opening”, no sticking to the disc and no waste packing film. Ensure not scald the wrapping object.
• Concise driving system, reliability and maintainability.
• All controllers are achieved by software, convenient for function adjusting and upgrading.
