 5. Lead time: Within 15 working days after receiving the deposit. 

6. Guarantee policy:

1) 1 year guarantee period for the whole machine;

2) Prime cost for spare parts whenever problems occur;

3) Software is upgraded for free within one year. six months for spindle.  

7. Free training for clients’ staff;

8. Technical Support: If clients need on-site installation assistance, the clients will have to bear the relevant costs including but not limited to visa, hotel, transportation and accommodation.
