Application:

 

Refrigerate drying is a process that satisfies pneumatic requirement in most cases with a balance between the dryness it can accomplish and its cost-effectiveness. This dry filter is designed for indoor use featuring low inlet temperature. Its standard working condition are: working surrounding temperature 25°C, compressed air inlet temperature 30°C, capable of getting a pressure dew point lower than 10°C. Relevant rectification should be made to the processing air flow according to the specific conditions available.

 

It is adaptable to upgrading an old compressed air system that has no air post-processing device. It need no modification to the original equipment room and pipe network, except some installation near the air use end (the therapy room). And it can together with our dental oil-free air compressor. It is more economical to suit dental clinics and small medical institutions. Simple coils are used for heat dissipation, and the humidity load of the incoming air is allowed through heat dissipation and separation of the air tank.

 

 Attention: Since the air tank is used for heat dissipation and separation, condensate in the air tank should be discharged every day.
