DNK Outdoor High Voltage Drop-out Fuse Cut-out Description
SSOC(NCF)1 outdoor AC high voltage falling fuse series are the devices for overcurrent protection.The fuse installed on the distribution transformer or pole of power line serves as device for overload protection and switch on/off the load current.The fuse is composed of a main insulating and conducting structure and an arcing tube.The stationary contacts are fixed at both ends of the fuse tube composed of an arcing tube inside and an phenolic paper tube or epoxy glass tube outside.Equipped with a arcing chamber and elastic auxiliary contacts to interrupt load current and cappacitor current the SSOC(NCF)3 fuse is able to switch on/off the load current.
Principle
In operation the fuse tube with tightened fuse is at position "close".The fuse is melted quickly with fault current when system suffers from failure.Heated by arc the tube gives off gas which blows longitudinally along the tube and increases the pressure inside.As a result,the arc will be distinguished radically.After the fuse is belown out the lower moving contact will turn downward due to the loss of tension to lock the mechanism and release the fuse tube.The fuse tube will fall down to realize a clear breaking.When it is necessary to pull the load,use the insulating rod to draw away the moving contact.At this time,the main moving and static contacts are still in contact.Continue to draw away the moving contact by the insulating rod,the auxiliary contacts will be separated,the electric arc will be produced between the contacts and elongated in the narrow slot of arc chamber.At the same time,the arc chamber will produce gas to extinguish the arc when the current passes zero.

5.Package with the foem inside,carton outside,the suface will be prevented from oxidation for ensuring a long time maintain.
