Belt Dryer is designed for uniform drying, heat source flexibility, and operating efficiency. Belt Dryer is available in a variety of conveying configurations. The continuous belt dryer can be configured to run at the same temperature or with sequential heat zones allowing precise control over critical drying parameters of temperature, process air humidity and airflow throughout the process.

While using the raw material should be distributed on the conveyer belt through suitable machanism such as star distributor, swing belt, crusher or granulator. The conveyer passes through the channel consisting of one or several heating unit.

Working Principle of Belt Calciner:

Workpiece(products) is put on the feeding part of continuous-working belt and will be moved forward into each working zone along with belt.Each zone has separate hot air circulation and temperature control.After process such as temperature ramping,stabilization and cooling etc,workpiece will be finally discharged at product outlet thus finished the process of drying,calcining,heat treatment and cooling.The residence time in the calciner could be adjusting belt speed.

Charcateristice of Calciner:

Products are uniformly heated by calcining with high temperature and high speed hot air.

Each unit has separate hot air circulation with less heat loss.Also the temperature can be controlled

Multi-step ramping and cooling of temperature will be adopted so the no sudden and steep heating or cooling will be occurred.separately;

Available for integration with pre-dryer for completion the drying and calcining process

Due to uniform heating and temperature stabilization,the quality of final catalyst is stable and reliable.

Key technical data could be preset on the control screen with automatic and continuous operation thus makes sure the quality of product and makes mass production available.

Multiple models of calciner or predryer +calciner are available within belt width of 600-1600mm and length of 6-30min accordance with different size and outputs of catalyst.
