1.The line adopts the method of maze-type flow channel by negative pressure forming, that is, after the materials being extruded, it directly form the needed flow channel with negative pressure. If changing the negative pressure device, differenct types or differenct spacing flow channels will be formed, and it has features of little processing techniques,  high adaptability, stable quality, etc.   

2.It is mainly composed of the extruder, drip irrigation hose forming machine, hall off machine, taking-up machine.

3.Extruder adopts new type high effecient screw, which has nice plasticization and high output. The die is by heat treating.

4.The electronic auto-control of the width resolves the disadvantage that the quality is not easy to control, ensures the stability of the film bubbles when the films form rapidly.

5.The forming machine adopts air cooling and water cooling together, which ensures the sufficient cooling during high speed production.

6.Winding adopts optical lever type new winding displacement structure, which changes the phenomenon of edge overlap when coiling by spiral type to and fro axis.

7.Electric components are all domestic famous brands, controlled by frequency conversion . The length counting devices alarm automatically.

Application:

The line is mainly used for the production of  polyethylene as raw materials with turbulent flow of single wing maze-type water hose. The products are widely used for the farm, cotton, greenhouse crops line laying, the irrigation of fruit trees, flowers and vegetables, etc.
