The max. Test force is 10000KN. Also can be used for concrete structures, large parts and other materials compression testing. It is a necessary testing device for the measuring and testing, manufacturing, road, railway, bridges and other construction units.

Host frame: This reaction frame mainly includes upper crosshead, four columns, screws, worktable, mobile car.Upper crosshead and workable adopt high-strength precision casting table, the machining to ensure the parallelism, rigidity and the long-term using stability.Columns adopts high quality 45# cable steel. After roughing and quenched and tempered then re-finishing molding.Space adjusting adopts through the motor to make the screw drive. And through adjusting the plate location space to realize the the compression space's adjusting.High precision load cylinder and piston to form precision friction. It works with low friction, oriented and stable performance2. Oil pressure systemThe hydraulic oil in the tank will go into the oil road through the pump motor device and then through the check valve, high pressure filter, pressure valve, serve valve go into the cylinder. The computer give the control singles to the serve valve. To control the serve valves' opening direction and further to control the oil flow which goes into the cylinder. These can achieve the constant test force and constant displacement
