UV Offset Printing Ink

 

Product Use:  
XCUV is light-cure(ultraviolet radiation) offset ink, which is suitable to high-speed print with the characteristic of high sticking and good machining.

Characteristic of Products:
1, excellent adhesion force, wide suitability. 
2, fast setting ,excellent printabilities , good shape restore of colors.
3, high-definition, full-brightness.
4, the import raw materials, safe setting, little smell after setting on paper.
5, ink film is good flexibility after setting on paper, not crazed after print when presswork processed and moduling.

Application:
1, Compound gold and silver paperboard, laser-paper and other package paper, just like cigarette case, wine case, gift case.
2, PVC, treated PET, PE,PP: like plastic package, PVC and PET credit card, mag-card.

Notes:
1, XCUV ink is adjusted to suitable rheology. Please add 1-5%UV thinner for thinning the ink when the ink is thicker and thicker with the print temperature is increased.
2, used the special UV print roller, so that print good products.
3, temperature required: 25℃±1humidity required: 50%-60%
4, please change the UV lamp when they are used more than 800 hours, to ensure the safe setting.
Storage:
1, 20-25℃, avoiding direct sunlight.æ
2, Guarantee period: 12 months.
