UV Roller Coating Varnish

Scope of Application:
1, card paper, white duplex board,coated paper,kraft paper,Matt art paper,PVC sheet etc. 
2, smoke all kinds of paper packaging,books,pictorial etc.
Printing Product Characteristics:
 UV-110 roller coating varnish is used to books,pictorial,packaging boxes etc for extensive fast glazing, its prints
has good gloss and surface softness, and relative to the screen printing, offset polishing printing costs less.

Specifications:

Method of Use:
Anilox roll: suggest string 80 to 100 line/cm or 200 to 250 line/inch.
Coating weight: 4-8g/m2 specific dosage with ink viscosity, equipment and glazing process changes.
Note:
If the varnish viscosity big influence after printing overall softness, it is suggested that through water heating or 
add alcohol, isopropyl alcohol methods to solve them. 

Package:

20kg/drum

Clean:

Suggest you clean it by professional washing water,  of course,  if you want to reduce cost, you can use gasoline instead, but something i want to remind you, because the low scatter-plot, it's easy to fire.

Dilute:

5%-40% solvent add volume, Suggest less than , if you add it more than 5%, the glossiness will be down, the maximum of solvent additive is 40%, or the varnish is no use.

 

Refilter:

Usually, we don't need refilter, if you want to do it, suggest 200 mesh nets yarn. 

 

Kind suggestion:

small details, your machine has 3 lamps, if the solvent additive is within 5%, 1 lamp is enough. It can reduce cost, only a suggestion.
