Usage: Rewinder just as the same suggests, rewinding again. There are two cases, one is rewinding the yarn with bad molding in the process of winding, to reduce losses. The other case is processing film, yarn, fiber, paper tape and other materials, such as pre-oxygen yarn need to be carbonized and so on.  The key point is controlling the tension and speed of unwinding and rewinding properly.
