  • K7VG265 is a pump for industrial use featuring high pressure capability and large displacement. This pump is a new development for Kawasaki, based upon years of technical experience and actual sales results in the field.

  • The new pump has two major improvements: First, longer life has been obtained thanks to the newly adopted high capacity bearings. Second, the operating noise level has been reduced by 4dB (A) when compared to Kawasaki's conventional pumps. This noise reduction is achieved through a stronger and more rigid housing. The valve plate is designed for low noise.
 
 

  • This pump is most suitable for heavy duty applications, such as cast iron foundry and hydraulic press machines. The pump will prove its long life and durability under very tough conditions such as continuous high pressure operation and use of fire resistant fluids.

-Designed for high pressure operation based on Kawasaki's proven technologies and years of experience.
- Long life obtained by high capacity bearings and stronger pistons and shoes.
 
Low-noise
-Reduced operating noise due to optimized pump housing and valve plate. A 4dB (A) reduction when compared to conventional pumps.
 
High efficiency and high self prime capability
-High efficiency and high self priming speed capability are achieved by the unique spherical valve plate.Combined pump-Standard SAE through drive configurations are available to provide drive capability for auxiliary pumps.
 
Fire resistant fluids
-Compatible with fire resistant fluids; such as water glycol, fatty acid ester base, and synthetic ester biodegradable fluids. -Contact Kawasaki for application assistance, as some fluids are not suitable and maximum pressure may be limited.
