Usage:
To begin with, place the ceramic knife sharpener plainly.
1. Coarse sharpening with 600 grit.
Put the blade(According to the size or your knife) to the right place of the knife sharpener, sharpen back and forth with a moderate pressure will lead to the best result.
2. Fine honing/polishing with 1000 grit.
A necessary step for knife maitenance. Also sharpen back and forth with a moderate pressure. Sharpening approximately once a week at least is recommended.
3. Cleaning.
After sharpening, clean the knife with wiper or water, and knife sharpener with a soft brush or a damp cloth.
