This is High Speed Digital Control Straightening and Cutting Machine. We employ advanced technology and PLC automatic control system. The advantages of the machine are as follows:

The operating principle is that after straightening by runner, two fixture boxes bring the wire forward, then the parting tool cuts the wire into specific length. There are two rows of fixture boxes and parting tools, so that two wires can be cut at the same time. The parting tool cut 60-70 times/min in the high speed, which improves the working efficiency undoubtedly. This machine can be in stable and long-time continuous operation. According to the stability of production, the operation speed can be adjusted freely.
