Operating theory
Ampoules(bottles)in bulk are fed into passage for bottlefeeding by the conveying belt. The ampoules in group by 6 PC. Place in the dividing disk and fed into the stations of filling, wire-drawing and sealing, then filling and sealed under the protection of one hundred(100)stages laminar flow. Sealed ampoules is putted into the bottle feeding funnel intermittently by a bottle-pusher.

Operating procedure
Before starting up, washing the filling pump, sampling and test, the clarity must be accord with tahe standard specified by the pharmacopoeia.
Adjust the pump stroke with a fine-regulating bolt, until get the best stroke, then adjust the dosage with shrinking regulation switch, make it up to standard and without any dripping.
Set the fillter' position correctly in order to avoid it frictionate ampoule neck.
Before ignition, make sure that oxygen, nitrogen, liquefied, natural gas and the air for suction is enough. First, open the burning gas valve, then open the oxygen valve and adjust the valve to have fire properly. Before stop machine, should turn off the oxygen valve. After about a minute, close the gas to prevent the return fire burning down the tubes.
