With the development of thundercloud, the
lower part of the thundercloud is comprised
 of a layer of negative charge, which can
 reach 7-15KA. As a result, an electric field
is established between the cloud and ground.
 The controllable discharge lightning rod can
 constantly absorb and store a large quantity
of positive charge. Close to saturation, it can
 release positive charge from the tip to balance
 out the negative charge brought by thundercloud
