The lamp body and lampshade adopt die cast aluminum alloys, and the appearances are handled with static plastic spraying, its structure very light and handy. The Anti-corrosion Performance of lamp shell is at class II, the Ingress Protection IP65, the Anti-electric Shock Rate I. The reflector adopts die cast high purity aluminum, and is handled by anodic oxidation electromechanical polishing, its optical property stable, and reflectivity high.
The diffuser adopts curved tempered glass. It can withstand the temperature of over 200°C, with excellent light transmittance and impact resistance.
The reflector, the diffuser and the lamp holder are glued with sealant into a whole, forming an in-changing-bulb structure, with the sealing ring bearing temperature of over 250°C and the sealing performance of IP66.
