The HUADONG water well screen provides the maximum inlet area of any well screen design. This screen is versatile and can be adapted to many industrial functions. The strength and durability of this type of screen comes from the shape and mass of the wrap wire and rods combined with the efficiency of the welding techniques used in manufacturing.
The special trapezoidal shaped wire is drawn from carefully specified material, double-annealed and roll formed to precise desired dimensions. The wire is then spiral wrapped around the longitudinal rods of the same material and resistance welded at each point of contact.

Advantages
Compared with conventional slotted pipe slotted with the same slot opening, Vee-wire screens enjoy more than twice open area for water to enter. Therefore, more water to enter and much lesser frinctional loss contribute to an increasing efficiency in tube wells.
Wide range of slot opening (down to 0.15mm) makes possible proper slot selection in accordance with the size of sand in particular area, thus leading to better sand control and reduced pump maintenance and longer tube well life.
Inwardly widening V-Shape slots makes it impossible for any sand particle to get stuck inside and therefore prolongs the effective life of tube wells.
