This machine takes high efficiency PE-RT extrusion screw, energy saving vacuum calibration and cooling tank, disk style calibrators, servo-controlled high speed winding machine with linear reel, all of which performers a good function at 25m/min speed. 

It adopts PLC control system and HMI for whole extrusion line, synchronization function realized, as well as the winding machine. It helps the group machine production management and quality control.
