IVCC is made up of Ice Box Cooling system and Car cushion, using ice water as coolant. Wter circulater from the ice box through the cushion by a mini-pump. The water is continuously cooled as it passes through th ice box,water temperature could be controlled from 16C to 24C by a simple mechanical device.
  Car Cushion is made with breathable fabric and tube cooling pad. Tube cooling pad be placed inside of cushion,it keeps user comfrtable through the cooling release of ice.
