Reverse osmosis water purifier is the integration of microfiltration, adsorption, ultra filtration, reverse osmosis, ultraviolet sterilization and ultra purification etc, which is to convert tap water into ultrapure water directly. The core component of reverse osmosis system is reverse osmosis membrane.
The pure water manufactured by reverse osmosis water purifier is more fresh, hygiene than bottled water, which has the wide applications.
 Reverse osmosis water purifier principle
The normal operation of reverse osmosis water purifier is depended on a certain pressure, which should be larger than osmotic pressure of reverse osmosis membrane, the pressure is usually 0.28MPa. In the unstable water pressure area, the water purifier with booster pump is recommended, whose operation pressure is up to 0.6~0.9MPa, which is not affected by the tap water pressure, the production is high-efficiency, fast-speed, little concentrate, the daily capacity is about 130 liters, which can fully meet the requirements of household water-use.

Solve the following problems:
1.     Avoid the pollution of organic substances;
2.     Avoid the blocking of colloids and suspended solid particles;
3.     Avoid the damage caused from oxidizing matters; ensure the stable operation and normal service life of reverse osmosis device.
4.     Avoid the scaling of reverse osmosis membrane, such as calcium carbonate, calcium sulfate, strontium sulfate, calcium fluoride, silica, iron, aluminium oxide and so on.

V. filter cartridges’ introduction of reverse osmosis
First stage: PPF filter cartridge
To pretreat tap water and filtrate the mud and sand, suspended substances, colloids, impurities etc. the filtration area and waste-containing volume is large, the filtration efficiency is good, service life is long, it can be cleaned and reused.
Second-stage: UDF filter cartridge
To adsorb bad taste, color, residual chlorine, halohydrocarbon and organic matters etc, which are harmful to human body. KDF can remove more than 90% residual chlorine, and the service life of activated carbon is greatly prolonged.  
Third-stage: CTO filter cartridge
Further adsorb the bad color, taste, halohydrocarbon and organic matters etc in the water, which are harmful to human body, which can improve the effluent taste effectively.
Fourth-stage: reverse osmosis membrane
To eliminate tiny impurities/dissolved solids/bacteria/viruses.
Fifth-stage: post activated carbon filter
Further eliminate bad taste, residual chlorine and bacteria, avoid the second pollution of purified water, which can make the potable water more hygiene and safer. (notes: the barreled water is the effluent manufactured by reverse osmosis membrane principle)
