General introduction of ultrapure water for Electronic industry
A large number of pure water, high pure water, ultrapure water for washing the finished and semi-finished products of the semiconductor, integrated circuit chip and encapsulation, liquid crystal display, high precision circuit board, photoelectric device, various electronic pieces, microelectronic industry, large scale, super-large scale integrated circuit. The higher the integration level of integrated circuit is, the narrower the line-width is, the higher the requirements of water quality are. At present, the national electronic industry ministry divides the electronic water qualities into five levels, they are 18MΩ.cm, 15MΩ.cm, 10MΩ.cm, 2MΩ.cm, 0.5MΩ.cm to distinguish different water qualities.
Ultrapure water for electronic industry
The technologies of preparing ultrapure water are divided into three kinds:
1. Adopt ion exchange resin to prepare ultrapure water for electronic industry, it is the conventional water treatment method, the technology process is: raw water→multi-media filter→active carbon filter→precision filter→middle water tank→cation bed→anion bed→mixed bed(compound bed)→ultrapure water tank→ultrapure water pump→post security filter→water-use point  
2. Combine RO water treatment equipment with ion exchange equipment to prepare ultrapure water for electronic industry, the basic technology process is: raw water→multi-media filter→active carbon filter→precision filter→middle water tank→RO equipment→mixed bed(compound bed)→ultrapure water tank→ultrapure water pump→post security filter→water-use point   
    3.Adopt the collocation of RO equipment and electrodeionization device to prepare ultrapure water for electronic industry, this is the newest technology to prepare ultrapure water, it is also a kind of green, economic, huge potential preparation technology, the basic technology process is: raw water→multi-media filter→active carbon filter→precision filter→middle water tank→RO equipment→electrodeionization(EDI)→ultrapure water tank→ultrapure pump→post security filter→water-user point
Features of ultrapure water equipments for electronic industry
    The pretreatment system of ultrapure water equipment for electronic industry is composed of multi-media filter, active carbon filter, sodium ion softener, precision filter and so on. The main equipment system is consisted of RO system, ion exchange mixed bed system (EDI electrodesalinization system) and so on. Raw water tank, middle water tank, RO pure water tank, ultrapure water tank, each of them has the liquid level control system, high and low pressure water pump which also have high-low pressure protection device, online water quality detection control instrument, electric adopts PLC, it is the unattended equipment.
