Polyamide filter fabrics series
Polyamide fabrics series, which made of polyamide fiber(PA),can be divided into PA long thread fabrics and monofilament fabrics. These products possess the properties of weak acid-resistance, alkali-resistance, high mightiness, melting point of 215-250 degree centigrade, and operating temperature maximum 130 degree centigrade. They can also be divided into PA series and PA66 series, and the later performance is better.
They are mainly used in the industries of chemical, coal mining, building material, for equipments in the strong alkali operating conditions, such as frame presses, disc filters, and centrifuge filters. The filtering precision can reach less than 5 microns.

The filtering precision can reach less than 5 microns.

They are mainly used in metallurgy, chemical, fertilizer, coal, building material, pharmaceuticals, sugar refining, and environmental protection industries in solid-gas separation(gas dust, metal recovery), solid-liquid separation(various typeset of filtration equipment), solid screen separation and the screening process.
