The waste heat generated in the industrial production or the cooling process is generally guided away through the cooling water. The cooling tower, a device that makes the hot fluid (including water) cool down to the reasonable temperature, exchanges the heat between the cooling water carrying the waste heat and the air in the tower, so that the waste heat scatters into the air. The cooling towers are widely used in fields such as air conditioning cooling systems, refrigeration series, electric stove, injection, power generation, steam turbine, aluminum processing and industrial water-cooling, etc.

 

Being a very important part of the cooling tower, the main roles of the cooling tower padding includes making the water evenly distributed, prolonging residence time of the cooling water in the air, and increasing the heat transfer area between the water and the air to improve the performance of heat transfer. Therefore, the padding is one of the key factors that affect the cooling efficiency of cooling tower.

 

The grid padding produced by our company, applying novel engineering plastics (novel PP-reinforced polypropylene) as raw materials, is corrosion-resistant, heat-resistant, antioxidative, stable (not easily eact with chemical, such as catalyst in the coolant), tough and is of long service life.
