PL800 1200 1600 2400 3200 4800 Concrete batching machine
The composition of machine: hopper, frame of hopper, air cylinder door for discharge, sensor assemble parts, hopper for measuring, belt conveyor.
Machine feature:
1).PL series of Concrete batching machine can automatic charge mixture aggregate stone, sand and others.
2). The machine adopt electronic measuring(multiple weighing cell suspension type measuring). Electrical control box centralized control with digital display. Operation process of the batching adopt wired remote control. Batching and equipment arrangement is varies so as to fit in work requirement.
3). There are variety of measuring way. Include cumulation measuring with belt weigh meter and separate measuring for some aggregates. It has the advantages that high measuring accuracy, high measuring speed, easy control and high reliable.
4).There are two discharges way: belt discharge and pneumatic discharge.(1)Belt discharge, cumulation measuring; normally it is used with small Concrete mixing machine auxiliary. It has advantages of high accuracy, automatic revise fall head. (2)Pneumatic discharge. It is fit in both cumulation measuring and separate measuring.
Model selection: The customer select PL800, PL1200, PL1600, PL2400, PL3200,PL4800 according to effective volume of weigh hopper 800L, 1200L, 1600L, 2400L, 3200L, 4800L.
