HZS25 35 50 75 Concrete batching plant
Composition of machine: charge mixture of aggregate, elevate system of aggregate, storage system and conveyor system for powder lot, storage system and conveyor system of liquid materials, measuring system, mixing main machine, frame, control cabin, discharge hopper, pneumatic control system and electrical control system.
Machine feature:
1). Concrete batching plant can automatic finish storage, batching, conveyor, mixture, discharge for all materials of concrete: all kinds of aggregate, powder lot, liquid material.
2). Complete machine adopt modularity design, the structure is simple. It has advantage that floor space is small, it is easy to install and movable, small investment. It is suitable for large and middle construction project for hydropower station, airport, highway, bridge and express railway as well commercial concrete production.
3). The batching of aggregate adopt PL series of Concrete batching machine our company produce. HZS25, HZS35, HZS50 and HZS75 Concrete batching plant adopt PL800, PL1200, PL1600 and PL2400 batching machine accordingly. Conveyor of aggregate adopt elevate hopper.
4). The mixing main machine adopt JS series of Double horizontal shaft concrete mixing machine our company produce. HZS25, HZS35, HZS50 and HZS75 Concrete batching plant adopt JS500, JS750, JS1000, JS1500 Concrete mixing machine accordingly.
5). The batching of the powder lot adopt three sensors hang batching. The hopper is equipped with vibrator and vent pipe so that the discharge of powder lot is more complete and higher batching accuracy.
6). Electrical control system include microcomputer control system and strong current control system mounted in the control cabin. Both control system can produce the concrete independent. Strong current control system is operated by manual control the button; Microcomputer control system finish the automatic production and management by control computer. Matching storage, fall head automatic compensate, with print system, with perfect self-lock and interlocking.
