PSD- CS stands for coconut-shell-based activated carbon with high activity achieved by hot steam in direct-fired high-temperature kiln. The advanced micropore structure provides it with strong adsorption of organics of small molecule diameters and byproducts from chlorine sterilization. With special finishing process, PSD- CS obtains extra-high mechanical strength, therefore specially suitable for recovery of precious metals such as gold.
