Polypropylene fabrics series, which are made of polypropylene fiber(PP),can be divided into PP staple fabrics, PP long thread fabrics and PP monofilament fabrics. These products possess the properties of acid-resistance, alkali-resistance, small specific gravity, the melting point is 142-146 degree centigrade, and operating temperature maximum 90 degree centigrade.

 

They are mainly used in precision chemical, dye chemical, sugar, pharmaceutical, alumina industry, for the equipments of frame filter presses, belt filters, blend belt filters, disc filters, drum filters etc. The filter precision can reach less than 1 micron.

1.Relative density: PP is the smallest species of all synthetic fibers, the total relative density, so it is the quality of the lightest area per unit weight of fiber coverage.

 

2. Strength: the strength of polypropylene and synthetic fibers of high strength varieties of polyester, nylon and similar, but does not change in strength when wet, which is superior to nylon.

 

3. Wear resistance: the resistance of polypropylene weaker than r the nylon but the song wear resistance of less. Resistance to corrosion: the remarkable stability of inorganic acids, alkalis.

 

4. Hygroscopic: moisture absorption is extremely small , of the polypropylene fabric shrinkage is small.

The factory occupies an area of nearly 40,000 square meters, structure area 38,000 square meters. There are more than 300 staffs and 40 professional technicians working in it and 150 rapier looms, of which 14 Dornier weaving machines imported from Germany and some corresponding auxiliary equipment; 2 needle punched production lines; 2 monofilament lines,2 high-strength FDY production lines,1 finishing line. The annual output of woven filter cloth is about 5 million meters. It can adapt to produce all kinds of high-strength, high density filter material production, and also equipped with instrument for detecting the performance index to meet the needs of our customers.

 

Our main products are polyester, polypropylene, polyamide and other fiber woven filter cloth; polyester, polypropylene, PPS and other special non-woven aramid needle felt; the processing for all kinds of frame bags and liquid filter bags; monofilament and multifilament production of polypropylene, polyamide and polyester.
