Specifications

EFD Series (EFD10kW, EFD20kW, EFD30kW and EFD50kW) still can be used as grid tied system. However, a grid tied inverter to be needed for wind turbine system to be connected to state grid.

Generator system.
Generator orientation systems have been adopted the specialized rotary fulcrum and hydraulic motor designed for wind turbine generator. The involvement of coordinated and patent forked hydraulic brake system will guarantee the brake system works high efficiently. Low-torque technology will enable the generator to be easy to start up. Hi-strength stainless bolts have been adopted, which will secure the normal operation under adverse climate.

Blades system
High-quality fiber glass has been used for the blades with the advantages of light in weight, high strength, water proof, corrosion resistance, which will extend the blades’ lifespan and promote performance efficiency.

Controller system.
Latest version PLC designed by Mitsubishi for us and other key parts designed by Schneider have employed. Interface operational platform has been the controlling kernel of controller while at the same time, the involvement of GPRS or ANSL mode will connect to the Internet in order to achieve the data remote control. Free remote control technology support will be offered by us within warranty period.

Hydraulic tower system.
Patented hydraulic tower will be easy for installation and maintenance. Hot-dip galvanization have been covered the entire tower surface, which will be kept away from corrosion.

The standard configuration packages for our systems will consist of the following parts, say, generator system, blade system, controller system, dump loading system (only for EFD series), and hydraulic tower system.
