When the cattle have finished fixed on skin removing position then pressing button " up" and the skin removing
Roller will up to appoint position for skin removal through hydraulic driving, then the cattle skin have finished
Faxed on machine then press button " down", the complete cattle skin will be removal from hind legs to head
(the cattle carcass hind legs will be hanged on over head convey rail) through skin removing roller descend,
Meanwhile two worker will used knives to separate skin from beef when roller descend.
